Participation in 1C implementation projects: process discovery, business-process analysis, project documentation, functional requirements, and technical specifications.

What you will do

  • Interview users and process owners across accounting, tax, warehouse, management accounting, logistics, and production.
  • Describe current and target processes and identify gaps between standard 1C functionality and customer requirements.
  • Prepare functional requirements, technical specifications, acceptance-test scenarios, and user instructions.
  • Support pilot operation: analyze requests, refine settings, and train key users.

What matters for the role

  • Higher education in economics and/or technology.
  • Strong domain knowledge: accounting, KAS/IFRS, tax accounting, fixed assets, logistics, warehouse, or production.
  • Experience with 1C:ERP, 1C:CA, 1C:WMS, 1C:Accounting, or related implementation projects.
  • Ability to write clear project documentation and translate business needs into development tasks.

What you will do

  • Build new functionality and adapt standard 1C configurations to customer requirements.

  • Optimize queries, registers, documents, and reports for stable operation on large data volumes.
  • Participate in incident analysis, code review, task estimation, and technical documentation.

  • Strong knowledge of the 1C 8.3 platform, managed forms, DCS, BSP, exchange mechanisms, and extensions.

What you will do

  • Design solution architecture for enterprise automation: 1C, web services, integrations, exchanges, reporting, and security.
  • Conduct architecture discovery, describe the current IT landscape, and shape the target development roadmap.
  • Select integration approaches: APIs, ESB, message queues, event-driven scenarios, scheduled exchanges, and monitoring.
